If your country is not listed above and you wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
We may be able to arrange shipping on request, subject to carrier availability and shipping costs.

5. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-demand periods (comebacks, preorders, campaigns), processing times may be extended.
6. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Finland: 1–3 business days
Nordic & Baltic countries: 2–5 business days
Central Europe: 3–6 business days
Southern Europe: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Fuel Surcharge & Additional Fees
Shipping prices are based on PostNord service price lists.
Please note:
- Prices are exclusive of VAT (Kpopia is not VAT registered under Finnish VAT law).
- PostNord fuel or sulphur surcharges valid at the time of shipment may apply.
- Additional carrier fees may apply in exceptional cases (e.g. extended storage, incorrect/incomplete address information).
8. Parcel Collection & Storage
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the storage time specified by PostNord.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Return handling costs may be deducted from the refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Risk & Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to and received at the selected parcel locker or service point.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier operations
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Events beyond our control
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Shipping Weight & Limits
Shipping prices are calculated according to PostNord’s weight-based pricing structure.
Orders exceeding carrier weight or size limits may require alternative shipping arrangements, and we will contact you if applicable.
12. Oversized or Special Products
Some products may exceed standard parcel size or weight limits defined by PostNord.
Such products may:
- Require alternative shipping methods
- Not eligible for Parcel Locker delivery
- Have separate shipping rates
Where applicable, oversized products will:
- Clearly indicate special shipping conditions on the product page; and
- Be subject to a separate shipping profile at checkout reflecting the appropriate shipping cost.
If an order exceeds carrier limitations and cannot be shipped using the selected method, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative solution.
In rare cases where combined items exceed carrier limits, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch.
12. Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Returned parcels due to non-collection will be treated as returned goods and handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
