Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

You may use a clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered.
  • If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery, the additional cost will not be refunded.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, provided that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

3. Return of Goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us. We are not liable for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

For collectible products such as albums, photocards, and limited-edition items, excessive handling, removal of protective seals, missing components, or significant damage to packaging may result in a reduction of the refund reflecting the loss in value.

We recommend carefully inspecting your parcel upon arrival. If your parcel appears damaged, please document the condition immediately.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery (including music albums)

  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at kpopia.eu@gmail.com with details and, where possible, photos of the issue.

We kindly ask that claims regarding damaged goods be reported without undue delay after delivery to allow us to assess the issue efficiently.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

For missing items within sealed albums, please note that manufacturing errors may occur and are outside our direct control. However, this does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Packaging and Minor Cosmetic Imperfections

Many of our products (such as albums, lightsticks, and limited-edition merchandise) are manufactured and transported internationally before reaching us.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging, such as small scratches, dents, creases, slight box deformation, or minor surface marks, may occur during manufacturing or transportation.

Where the packaging serves solely as protective outer wrapping and the product itself remains undamaged, functional, and in conformity with the contract, such minor cosmetic imperfections do not constitute a defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where:

  • The product itself is damaged or defective; or
  • The damage significantly affects the functionality or essential characteristics of the item.

For highly collectible items, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase if mint packaging condition is essential.
